Questions

Safety & FAQs

Our company was established in 2003 by a USCG veteran with over 34 years of experience. Since then, Xtreme Parasail has grown into one of the largest watersports companies on Oʻahu. As a family business, we stress the importance of values like integrity and hard work, and we strive to make every experience great.

Mornings are normally the best time to go. Weather and ocean conditions are generally nicer.

We provide four different parasail options: Standard (700 feet of line), Deluxe (850 feet), Xtreme (1,000 feet), and Ultimate Xtreme (1,200 feet).

Although we are called Xtreme, parasailing is actually a peaceful activity.

Riders must be at least 5 years old. We cannot fly you if you are pregnant, are susceptible to heart attacks, or weigh over 300 lbs.

Yes! We provide a photo service for a reasonable price. High-resolution photos of your flight are shot by our crew using DSLR cameras. You will be briefed on the service once you board our boat - just let the crew know you want photos!

Parasailing takes around 1 hour. We ask that you check in 30 minutes before your scheduled activity. From check-in to your return to our booth, expect to be with us for roughly 1.5 hours.

Our boats can carry up to 15 people per U.S. Coast Guard regulations. Parties over 15 will be split into separate boats. Flight pairings depend on weather and are decided by the captain and crew (single or triple rides are not guaranteed).

Tips are not required, but they are definitely appreciated!

We recommend that anyone prone to seasickness take the necessary precautions before the trip.

You can bring whatever you want up there; however, we are not responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

Our captains have decades of experience parasailing in a wide variety of weather conditions.
